The location. The internet service.

The location had smelled and had what seemed to be mold/mildew stains in the bedroom walls. No light in the bathroom. The towels were poorly washed and smelled very bad.

Good location, well equipped for a short stay, nice and clean.

Nothing really - basic but good accommodation

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor when used, the drainage did not work. The pillows were so r think they were very uncomfortable

Great location, a perfect base for exploring Lisbon.

Very close to the neighbours, can sometimes be noisy. You can only use one kitchen applience at a time.

Beautiful location in old town Lisbon. Very clean apartment with everything we needed for our 3 night stay in Lisbon. Fernanda was excellent in her communications with us before and during our stay, very friendly and super helpful.

The location was truly exceptional !!

The location is fantastic, very quite and discreet. The balcony is perfect for the breakfast 🥣 in the morning. Fernanda is really friendly and brought us extra heater as it gets colder at nights in February

It may be a little outdated, but the location and service is great so no complaints there

it’s near to metro station

electricity has problem it’s switch off the whole line if we use more than one electric product

The landlord was extremely helpful although we didn’t see her. The kitchen has everything you need The apartment is small but functional. The location is great.

The mattress is too soft and smell of mold. The pillows are super thin. The sofa was uncomfortable and dirty. The patio was full of pigeons nesting; they were extremely loud, and they almost entered inside the apartment when we left the window open for a bit.
