HM - Sta. Catarina Charming Apartment

Location was the main selling point. Nice and clean apartment. The host was very nice and helpful

The toilet was squished between the counter and glass door. If you’re a big guy, good luck using it.

Great location! It’s exactly on the pedestrian street of Santa Catarina. It’s a comfortable apartment close to everything. Beatrix, the hostess, was flexible and we were allowed to check in early as the apartment was ready. She also responded quickly to our questions during our stay.

There was a large set of stairs (with no railing) leading into the main floors of the apartment building. This was not mentioned in the apartment listing. I had great difficulty going up and down the stairs to access the apartment. Had this been mentioned in the listing, I would not have booked this apartment.

The bed is a little to firm for my liking.

No daily house keeping was provided and elevator access was available after climbing 10-15 stairs.

the table was greasy the pillows smelled it lacked maintenance in some aspects checkout at 11 hs... there is no luggage storage / coin lockers service noone was there to meet us at the arrival time... if it wasnt for a cleaning lady who happened to show up and helped us... would had gone to a hotel... Should provide a self check in if they are overwhelmed by the arrivals, as I´ve been told
