The host is very nice and she described the entire house and all the functions very well.

There is a nice view of Formosa. The apartment is decorated with a sense of style and very nice original items. It is generally a very cosy place. There is a balcony, but it can barely accommodate more than three people. Unfortunately, there is no additional security, so you must be careful with small children. It's great that there is an iron, a small ironing board, a hairdryer, and additional cosmetics and spices. Tea and coffee were also available.

First of all, we could not get the keys earlier. This is an issue when you travel with a tired child. We were very surprised that a small part of the ceiling in the living room was missing. We don't understand how it is possible that the owner didn't know about it. Someone must have cleaned up the pieces of the ceiling that fell on the table with the lamp. Second, the shop and pharmacy aren't 3 minutes away—maybe if you are running. We did some shopping along the way in the Continente because Lidl seemed nearby on the map. Unfortunately, it is not because you have to go around. City Piers is around 25 minutes away. In our opinion, the owner provided an incorrect distance time. Third, we don't understand why the owner cannot add a tourist tax to the total price, but she wanted cash after our arrival. (By the way, we didn't meet her someone else gave us keys). We apparently had to pay for cleaning (the cleaning fee is included in the total price), but why she couldn't add this (tourist tax) to the total cost is a mystery! Fourth, you may be slightly disappointed if you are looking for a quiet place. You can hear planes taking off or landing, trains running (there is a small station nearby—you can see it from the balcony), and under the windows, there is a school basketball and football court where children practice every afternoon. Additionally, there is a very busy two-lane road. If you plan to visit this place in winter, you may be surprised by the lack of heating. It's good that the owner offers a warm duvet because it was cold at night at the beginning of April. Unfortunately, you can't take a bath because the bathtub has a plug missing. In our opinion, this apartment needs a few repairs: the tap in the bathroom is leaking, which causes black stains on the wood. The ceiling needs to be repaired, and the light bulb in the bathroom needs to be replaced (it doesn't work).

The location was a little noisy but did not effect our stay

It was a little further out than I expected. But walkable.

The location was quite noisy. Under the flight path for the airport. And beside a basketball/soccer court which was often in use til late evening.

I have stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 days. The property was super clean, well equiped and we found the decoration very tasteful. It has everything you need for either long or short stays, located on a 3rd floor with a little cute balcony and a nice view of the coast. The location was exceptionally convenient, with public transport nearby (bus, train). The host gave very good tips to move around the city and was very helpful. Overall great experience and value for money. We highly recomend this place and we plan to visit again :)

Really lovely apartment in a nice location. Closer to cafes and shops, and about a 10 min walk to the main touristy area. Everything was clean, good communication on getting to the apartment. Would stay again! Ooh and a lovely shower with good pressure!!!

My only small criticism was the bed wasn't as comfortable as at home.
