Lisbon Best Places - Rooftop

The location was good. Lots of eateries and convenient shops around. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. They were kind to let us keep our luggage after checkout for a few hours. Will return.

That there was a lot of space. Easy to use the subway to get to the city center.

Being made to pay for new towels coz there was a bit of foundation on two of the towels.....

Host was very kind, he offered us a bigger room instead of the one reserved. The new room had three bathrooms and this was more convenient. Very close to the subway. Another important thing: one day we had a rented car, the host allowed us to use the garrage for free for the night - we couldn't return the car in time and we had to keep it for the night to return it the next day.

Each person received one towel instead of at least two, soap was not sufficient in each bathroom. The apartment was a bit degraded, could have benefited from having a visit from an electrician, a plumber and a painter. Some light switchers had no covers, some light bulbs were missing, the hall at the entry was quite degraded, the terrace was not cleaned. Water in the sinks and showers was not evacuated properly. Overall, the little details downgraded the quality of the staying unfortunately. The host was great though, very kind and ready to improve the perception of our staying, and this compensated quite a lot the overall experience.
