Costa de Caparica

The owner met us at the airport, came into the building to meet us. He drove us to the apartment. Carried all of our luggage for 3 people! He was extremely friendly, explained everything. It was our first day in Portugal, he checked on us a few times to make sure we had no questions. He even came back that evening to deliver an extra blanket and left us a nice gift basket. The owner also was very much on time when he picked us up the next morning and drove us to train station. Apartment is BRAND NEW in kitchen, bath, etc, construction is very good/professional, modern yet comfortable. Extremely clean and patio was lovely! Wished we could have stayed longer, it was by far, the nicest apartment of our entire 11 day trip. Owner was extremely easy to communicate with and was very nice to meet! Cute restaurants, and coffee shops just below are very convenient.

The owner was very helpful and met us when we arrived with helpful advice about local amenities. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Bars and restaurants were close by, and there was plenty of availability of taxis into Lisbon, which is only 20 mins away. Impeccably clean and comfortable.

the property's furnishing in the living room is better suited for private travel. I travelled for work but managed to arrange myself.

Very well appointed by n a fabulous location with a great view. Konstantin was incredibly attentive and responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we were looked after!

It is a beautiful apartment that is super close to the beach and restaurants, with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The photos don't do it justice! The apartment had everything we needed for a young family - a comfortable bed, cot and high chair, bath and beach towels, soaps, laundry, and a dishwasher. The window covers blocked out a lot of the sun and noise for our jetlagged kids to sleep. Konstantin was so friendly and accommodating, and very responsive to our messages. The fresh fruit and drinks he provided were an extra special touch. We wish we had stayed longer!

View from terassa was nice, apartment is very clean, gift from the owner was pleasant, almost everything necessary for living is present in the flat.

Would recommend to do smth in the bathroom like for example to put some rug on the floor as the floor is slippery and it's possible to fall down after taking a shower or bath. Not convenient to take a shower as a lot of water falls down on the floor and we constantly needed to wipe the floor with a rag.

Constantin met us with the keys at 10pm. The place was emaculate and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The view was great. We only stayed 1 night this would be a great apartment for multiple nights as it has a small kitchen with an oven, microwave and fridge. Everything you need. Very close to the beach. A/c worked great. Cafe on 1st floor was very good, we had breakfast agai bowl. Elevator and locked entrance.

He was very attentive and asked how our stay was. Great to know he really cared. Only negative which we let him know the towels were like sandpaper lol.
