BmyT - The Villa

La proximité des transports en commun métro et tram. L'établissement est très propre et agréable. Des superettes et supermarché sont à proximité. La chambre correspond à la description, mais je pensais qu'il y avait une machine à café.

Des occupants de l'hébergement ont fait beaucoup de bruit, ils ont même crié le soir très tard. Pas très correct.

Good location, felt secure with easy check in and out. Room cleaned well prior to check in.

A bit slow to send me check in codes when I requested to leave my bags at the accomodation earlier (had to wait about 40mins). Bed a bit firm and uncomfortable but not a dealbreaker. Unfortunately did not have toilet paper when I checked in. Enquired with management and cleaning staff on-site but wasn’t able to get any until the next day which is unfortunate (had to go buy my own). I would expect basic toiletries to be included as part of my stay.

Appartamento comodo e spazioso, ottima posizione per raggiungere metro tram ,

Central location, Lidl is only few minutes away, it wars clean. If you have a top floor apartment it might be bit nicer.

It doesn’t feel very private and you can always hear other guests talking, moving around and coming in and out. It felt more like a ‘hostel’ atmosphere with a private room. The kitchen equipment needs an upgrade, pots & pants are all scratched and there wars no kitchen towel or sponge to wash up :(

Secure complex with door codes. Short walk to Rossio square and main attractions. Excellent restaurant at corner of street ‘Italian Bites’. Lidl and Metro station on next street.

Wooden Stairs to upstairs bedroom very steep , shaky and no barriers around the top of the stairs. Not suitable for anyone elderly or mobility issues. Urgently Need a barrier around the opening for safety. Curtain over door at bottom of stairs a foot too long snd a trip hazard when coming down stairs.
