Located conveniently close to beach and restaurants - and not far from mini- market and pastelaria

The apartment is a little tired and in need of some TLC (e.g. no lampshade in bathroom, toilet seat wonky, no lid on kitchen bin). Also a minimum amount of cutlery and crockery.
