Cosy Avenida Apartment

Wonderful apartment with everything you would need for a short or long break. The owners met us and accommodated our requests and answered our questions. They provided lovely additional touches such as oranges, bread, pastel de nata and white wine. The location itself is handy and is a quiet, short walk, to stores, restaurants, and the port etc. This would be a great option for families or adult groups. The shutter blinds make it easy to create dark spaces for naps and keep the place cool, the thick walls allow you to still chat and live while your kids are napping. Everything is clean and bright, there are books, pamphlets, and board games. Multiple dining spaces and beautiful coffee provided. I couldn't recommend it enough for a relaxing, chilled out stay.

Nothing without getting pedantic. There could be better towel holders for hand towels in the bathroom. There could be USB charging points.

The property was clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It had all of the amenities that you could need and was in easy walking distance to the town and main sights. The welcome gifts of bread, butter, fruit, wine and pastel de nata was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner was lovely, she met us at the apartment on arrival and explained everything to us. She was also quick to respond to any messages. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here and would return again if in Faro.

This apartment is fantastic! It is large, well maintained and has all of the comforts of home. I liked that there was plenty of storage space - simple and thoughtful items like a bedside shelf on each side of the bed, a wooden storage area in the corner of the main bathroom and nice toiletries. The host was very thoughtful, leaving a large Portuguese baked bread, Algarve oranges, pasteis de nata, a bottle of wine, juices and milk. None of these were expected as we knew breakfast was not included. It was nice to have something to get started with at breakfast the first morning. The location was just outside of the the tourist area, which was nice for a quiet stay. It was an easy 10 minute walk into the main tourist area, but there were local places nearby. A convenient Pingo Doce grocery store was located just 4-5 minutes away by foot.

A very small thing, not an issue for us, but for awareness. The apartment comes with a parking space in an underground garage about a 7-8 minute walk away. For some, this may be inconvenient. For us, we were just really happy to have a parking space included and it was in a secure, underground parking garage.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Spotless and super clean. The host was amazing and provided my son with an Easter egg, wine and oranges from her own garden! Would give it 11 out of 10 if i could.

I had the pleasure of staying at a property that was conveniently located close to the market and various shops, which made it very easy to get everything I needed during my stay. What stood out to me the most, however, was the fact that despite being so close to all these amenities, the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet.

I would like to add that during my stay at this property, there was one evening when I encountered an issue with ants in the kitchen. We sprayed and disinfected the area, and within a very short amount of time, the ants were completely gone.
