Charming Apartment 101

The apartment is in an excellent location and is quite spacious. The owner provides clear and precise instructions.

The apartment does not have heating, and in the evening it is quite uncomfortable when you need to take a shower and go to bed in a cold bed. The owner provided us with a portable air conditioner, but the apartment does not have an outlet for the unit where the cold air could be vented, so it was not helpful.

Great location, very helpful host, large apartment which was clean with good facilities.

Bathroom does not have an extractor fan so the moisture and damp can linger and the flat needs to be aired occasionally.

The location was excellent right in the centre of the shopping area. Buses to/from the airport were a 5 minute walk away.

All was good.

Le proprio est super , arrangeant et de bon conseils. On peut en dire autant du logement qui est juste parfait et dans un emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville.

O host foi super simpático e sempre se mostrou disponível. A localização é muito central.

Para ser ao pé de uma praça movimentada e a casa ser num primeiro andar, era preciso ter umas persianas ou umas cortinas opacas. De noite, com a luzes do apartamento ligadas, as cortinas que tem são completamente transparentes e perdemos a privacidade toda dentro do apartamento. Para além disso, faz falta um ar condicionado uma vez que o apartamento é bastante abafado (Se, na nossa viagem em final de outubro nós sentimos, não quero imaginar nos meses quentes de verão). A nossa varanda está cheia de caixas de AC de outras zonas do prédio e tivemos de levar com o barulho delas, apesar de não termos nenhum AC no apartamento.

The entrance and stairwell are dark and need of some repair.

Everything was excellent

Only little thing would be after the hike would be some air conditioning but maybe that’s our
