Only good thing about the property was the location. It’s located on a street filled with shops and closed to car traffic during the day. It’s right beside a mall with everything u would need.

Where do I start…..air conditioning didn’t work, but even after advising them within an hour of arriving, they only sent a tech to check 2 days later and it still wasn’t fixed, very bad service, the sofa bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, we had to put the mattress on the ground in order to sleep, there was MOLD visible in one of the bedrooms where the wallpaper was starting to peel, the other bedroom didn’t have visible signs of MOLD, however it clearly smells like MOLD, the toaster didn’t work, but at least they replaced that the next day, the lights above the kitchen area didn’t work nor did the hood fan light. Clearly the air conditioning hasn’t worked for several months based on the recent reviews.

In the middle of central Porto with access to a lot of stores and restaurants. Convenience store was about 2 blocks away and nearest subway station is 50 m away. We found a public parking garage that charged 35€ for two days.

The apartment smells strongly of mold, and one family member had an allergic skin reaction after sleeping on the sofa. Additionally, the sofa bed is not very comfortable. Big spots of mold on the ceiling and the wallpaper falling down in one of the bedrooms.

The location was central to the shopping area so there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Even when it was noisy outside the apartment was quiet.

The wifi was super poor.

Cleanlisse could be better, specially kitchen things. Air-condition not working properly, keeping the living-room cold. Some furniture should be replaced.

The peeling wall paper and mould is a health risk. No instructions regarding removal of rubbish which built up during our stay. No fresh towels.

I have two baby and I asked is there any elevator available they said yes but I saw elevator is not working and inside the apartment toilet door is not working and not able to close the door which is totally not acceptable. Landlord or booking.com need to compensate for this issue.
