- nice, big space, with lovely decor - comfy, hard beds - shared bathroom and kitchen, which was nice because we didn't have to share it with anyone - well stocked kitchen, welcome apples and water in the fridge

- couldn't get the coffee machine to work - moldy smell from the laundry machine - neighbor's cat jumped in the bedroom from the terrace (maybe the owner will put in a net to prevent this from happening in the future)

It was a very good place in easy location. It was a bit warm (as others said) for which they apologized and planned to remedy. The problem was you could only open half the windows because of a neighbour's cats. Some foolish tourists welcomed them in and now they tried to enter. New windows are coming soon so the owners are responsive. You should enjoy it here. R

The view, location to town, grocery store and beach was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The house was bright, clean and modern with big windows. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing

The apartment was very spatious, had character and was well maintained. We enjoyed that it was very close to the biggest supermarket in town and that we could go to Charlie's place (small restaurant/coffee) around the corner. Further the natural pools and the ferry to the other islands were at walking distance (around 500m down the hill). We could park the car rental in front of the apartment.

When we were in Velas, we had excellent weather. It was actually a bit too sunny and the appartment became a bit too warm and didn't have airco.

It is a spacious and clean house with nice terraces outside

We loved the whole apartment. It was very roomy and decorated well. The place had all amenities we needed. We also loved the outdoor patio/roof deck. A special bonus were the cute cats that would come visit (from afar)!

The beds, unfortunately, were not comfortable. We did not get the best sleep. I noticed a bonus question in the rating of the place that specifically asked about the beds so I am sure this has been mentioned quite often!
