EM-Charming Apartment

Excellent location, equipped with anything you could want. We were a bit chilly first night and owner delivered blankets next day. Were given fantastic recommendations and allowed to check out a little later due to flight times.

Really charming🙂 and spacious apartment, very close to the city center with all facilities we needed. Very clean and comfortable for 4. The host is very nice, easy to communicate with.

Very nice apartment, fully equiped with everything we needed. 2min walk from the center of the city and super friendly owner. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in Eduardo's lovely jazz-themed apartment. Spotless clean, extremely well-equipped and stocked (absolutely everything that you could need was there), comfortable beds and a great location. Eduardo has even brought us extra towels, and left us a welcome gift of pineapple jam and buns when we arrived, which was appreciated. There is a big free parking lot just outside the apartment and we never had an issue finding a place when needed. Shopping is easy nearby, and there is a big plaza and hipermarket 750m away (Parque Atlantico) where you can buy absolutely anything you might need.

All was great for us. I read other reviews where they mention some noise. There is some life around you, yes, especially if you leave the windows open, but it is completely normal for a city environment and the night is quiet. Unless you are hypersensitive to noise, it shouldn't stop you from booking.

The apartmant was excuisitly amd generously equipted - beginning with kitchen, bathroom toialeteries and ending with ths fact that our host Eduardo provided us with special towels for visiting the baths at Furnas and/or Caldeira Velha. The flat is very close to the city, yet quite quiet. You can easily and safely park right next to the apartment. Add the fact that there are a lot of shops and restaurants juat around the corner and here you go with a perfect place to spend your vacation!
