FLH Augusta's Arch Bright Flat

I loved everything. It was immaculate, huge and very clean. It was very simple to access the room FLH were very helpful and responded within seconds to arriving at the apartment. Location is perfect. I would highly recommended.

Good location, clean and modern.

Access to the property was stressful. They unlock the apartment door remotely, only it didn't work. According to the neighbours the management company knew it didn't work. Had to find some hotel a fair walk away,in the pouring rain, to get an emergency key. The management company didn't come and help. We were short of time to attend an event, because of weather conditions, and missed it because we couldn't get in to the apartment! Also, we had a hire car that needed to be back before the office closed but couldn't unload the suitcases because we couldn't get in. Also there was only one key, which made it very difficult as we were doing different things! The one spare pillow and duvet in the cupboard smelt musty. Beds only had one flat pillow on them. Very uncomfortable. The duvets weren't thick enough for the weather conditions. We didn't really use the kitchen as we were only there for a couple of nights. The only thing we really wanted was a kettle, which didn't work!

Amazing love too band stunning apartment

Very good location. Close to all of the main spots in Lisbon. Good restaurants around. Less than 10 minutes walk to the closest station. (A little bit of hills, I think it’s acceptable.)

One bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. However, when I told the owner, they sent someone to clean it up right away.
