Apartamento 90m2 com vista mar - Albufeira

The lovely couple who own the apartment, Fernando and Isabella met us on our arrival. We were lucky that they also enabled us to get in earlier which was a nice bonus. There are 2 identical bathrooms, a King and twin bedroom, both with good quality bedding and comfy beds which were well separated from each other for privacy. The rear balcony gets sun till about 1.30 ish and the front later on although we just enjoyed the rear one with sea views. The flat is on the top floor and when we stayed any street noise especially from the Erin's Isle Irish bar which I was a bit concerned about proved not to be an issue. As another person mentioned with no lift and your suitcases you need to be reasonably fit getting up 3 flights of stairs although going down with them was alot easier ! Also we did not hear any noise from other apartments once inside. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher and the TV has satellite though only some English speaking news channels, we did however manage to find some free films on You Tube so that was fine. Pingo Doce supermarket is a 15 min walk away with a butchers and fish counter which we preffered to Lidl and Aldi which you'll need a car for. I'd recommend using your Sat Nav initially for directions. From the apartment turn left and carry on walking where you'll find several restaurant's. We t Martinique on your right which was fine. The Garden terrace on your left which we preferred and also the Italian right at the end on your left which was also very good. If you cross the main road that's where the Strip starts, not somewhere we frequented ! But if you cross over and turn right, walking along the main road you'll find the Clay Oven an Indian that gets very good reviews but we ran out of time to try for ourselves on your left. The closest beach we walked to was turn left out of the apartment, walk past the restaurants, crossover the main road, walk down the Strip to the end.

This property is lovely and clean, the Location was just perfect for us. Near supermarkets, and the beach. We had a fantastic time

A great place to stay in Albufeira. Kind host, plenty of space in the apartment and spotlessly clean. A good place to explore Algarve and to have perfect vacations. We would be glad to come back :)

Very kind and understanding hosts.The apartment is very clean and spacious and bright.It has everything you need for a holiday(enough towels). A short walk from the beach,shops and the center. The view from the balcony is wonderful.We thank you for everything.

The hosts were so kind, they waited for us in the appartment to hand over the keys and show us the appartment. It was very clean and well equiped with everything you need.

Spacious provided air vents for each room and living room walking distance to the beach, ALDI and the clubs.

There is no lift at the property.

Fabulous place to stay with fabulous Hosts and would definitely like to stay there again!!! Very friendly and helpful owners, do not live on premises however are very easy to contact if required by WhatsApp. Fernando, the owner was waiting for me with the keys and to show me around the apartment on arrival at midnight. Beautifully decorated, very modern and bright and very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 twin beds plus 2 settees that could also be used as single beds) Spacious double bedroom had en suite bathroom with a very modern shower and bath Spacious Twin bedroom also had a bathroom and shower same as double bedroom Large lounge area with a good size tv, all channels available including YouTube Dining area with large table and chairs Kitchen fully equipped also with an easy to use washing machine. 2 balconies on opposite sides of the apartment. One was very large Ample of cupboard and draw space Lots of extras, kindly provided which we found very useful Apartment is opposite a lively Irish bar called Erins Isle with evening entertainment. Most nights closes between 12 midnight and 1am. This place does an excellent breakfast from 10am. Below the apartment building is a small supermarket and cafe/bar owned by friendly local people. The cafe is mainly used by locals but tourists are also made very welcome. Food is lovely and cooked to order. This is closed all day on Wednesdays. Location: Approx 30 mins walk to the beach or can get a taxi 15 mins walk to 'The Strip' 15 mins walk to the train which takes you to the Old Town (drives on side of the road) Lots of Tuc Tucs around you can easiy hail down however, taxis are cheaper From apartment to Old Town cost 6 Euros Taxi's are really good value

I didn't dislike and wasn't a problem for me but could be a problem with a family with children and pushchairs etc.or those with walking difficulties as the apartment is at the top of 3 flights of stairs and unfortunately there is no lift in the building. Great that you can see the sea from the main balcony though
