Living Graça

Very nice and well-located apartment. It is near to one of the highest points of Lisbon, therefore we could enjoy amazing sunsets from the view point just some meters away. Besides, everything was clean and the staff was really friendly :)

Spacious place in a secure facility with all you need. The balcony is a big bonus!

The entrance gate didn't work properly and we had difficulty finding it, also a telephone check in that would have resolved these problems had they been physically there. We also couldn't work the TV. The sofa bed was strange and wasn't a proper bed, you just move the sofa around. So a little disappointing really, especially for the price.

Excellent location, quality, and service. Very attentive staff, stunning view, extra towels, parking available, and very close to mirador.

I didn’t had light till morning time

This apartment was very spacious which could help with families with kids. Kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery, which allowed you to use dishwasher without worrying about it. Cleaning products were there, too.

We have had several issues. The front door from the block which was secured with code system from outside, was always stuck from inside. We struggle to pull the handle and the door mechanism seemed to be broken, so we literally could not leave the gate without my husband jumping over the fence from inside and opening the door for us with a code. Door to apartment had similar problem. Key for the apartment worked but only in very specific position, because the lock was worn out. It's something you wouldn't imagine with such a contemporary designed block of buildings, but we struggled every day for some time when arriving back to the apartment. This was sometimes unpleasant, especially when we came back with kids later in the evening and couldn't get in... We always managed, but it sometimes took us several minutes.... One more thing to note - Lisbon is very hilly and this apartment is on the top of the hill - so might not be ideal if you are not fit or have very small children.
