localização boa. Relação preço beneficio também boa, atendendo a que falamos de um apartamento com 3 quartos (dois pequenos e um maior), sala, cozinha equipada, WC,

edifício antigo, sem elevador e apartamento no 3 andar. A climatização é feita por ventiladores manuais não muito confortáveis.

Appartement sans chauffage donc un peu frais début mars. Manque de prises dans les salles d'eau et chambres
