Location. Quiet building inside, but be prepared for late night partying on the street.

Lots of trip hazards in large bathroom. No shower grab bar. Shower floor so slippery I wouldn't use it. You have to step up to get to toilet and sink. Caulking was amateurish and dirty. If you are elderly or disabled, don't stay here. Lots of stairs to this top floor unit.
