Good location

Awful smell in the building. Pictures are much more better than real ones. Furniture in the living room is not clean. Wardrobe just in one room. Bathroom with mould.

Nos quedamos sin agua por una avería y ni el arrendador ni Booking.nos dieron ninguna solución dejando a 6 personas sin duchas ni baño durante 24 horas. Inaceptable por parte de los dos. Al dia siguiente, el arrendador nos contestó preguntando si ya teníamos agua y si se habia solucionado todo. Nos fuimos del apartamento 24 horas después aun sin servicio y sin un misero descuento que nos compensara por la situación que estábamos viviendo. Hay que mejorar eda comunicación y ese trato al que alguila una casa porque asi no creo que repitamos con booking.

Large apartment, good location, easy communication with the host, good price.

Relatively dark bedrooms, unpleasant smell in the bathroom, lousy staircase to the 3rd floor, not enough air conditioning.

Fantastic apartment- great location. In a vibrant neighbourhood but on a very quiet street. Great communication with the owner.

Low lighting in bedrooms (nothing major)

Location was excellent and apartment was spacious. Great communication from owner and much appreciated late checkout.

Lots of stairs to 3rd floor with suitcases.

Location and size of the apartment.

The bathroom needs a plumber to vent the pipework. There is a terrible sewer smell that comes from the shower trap after you flush the toilet. I think this is because the soil pipes are not properly vented and this causes the water in the shower trap to be siphoned out when you flush the loo. We overcame the problem by running the shower for a few moments after flushing the loo to refill the trap. Its something a competent plumber could sort out relativley easily. But to be honest, this is a small thing and didnt cause us too much stress.
