Great place

Good location

Big apartment in a good location. Beds are OK. Walkable to other parts of Lisbon and close to restaurants. Washing machine with dryer is handy.

Apartment is on the 3rd with no lift so had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The apartment could be cleaner. There were food stains visible in the kitchen that looks like it has been there for a while. Toaster wasn't working and iron cable was damaged and exposed so we didn't want to use it. Some lights in one of the room didn't work so it was a bit dark. The apartment is located in an area known for 5 music and people talking loud late at night can be heard.

Fantastic appartment, big living area and bedrooms all a really good size. Very well equipped. Great location.

Three flights of stairs to appartment and no lift. Just need to bare this in mind if not physically fit.

Everything. Let me tell the story. We arrived into the property before midnight one the agreed day. We planned to sleep overnight and continue to Prague on next day. We had 4 kids (5, 10, 12 and 13) with us so you can imagine, that only think we needed was the bed. But what a surprise. Keys were not where they were supposed to be and we heard somebody was in the property. We called the owners, but they basically told us. Yeah, sorry, it seems booking put two different families at the same time. We can't do anything with that, so you have to call booking. The owner was not really arrogant, but not far from that. I called booking, they told us to find something else and thy will return money from this property and refund costs for our new hotel. I do not need to explain how bad was the experience, kids sleeping on the stairs etc., we got to the bed at 3 am in the morning. Night ruined, I had to take vacation the following day. Feeling form the whole vacation went down of course. :( Booking returned money from this cancelled property, but DIDN'T refund my new hotel. Only sent part of the money (not even the difference between the original price and new hotel price) into the wallet in booking. So I will have to spend the money with them. Unbelievable. We lost half of the night, good feeling of our vacation and they are not able to face the issue they made fairly. Never again this property and probably never again Booking. I am now sitting with my lawyer to think about it.
