We didn't get any breakfast

The hot water was instantly out, we had to wait long time so we could shower an couldn't get the house warm, the airco was not working properly i believe. And was a lot of humidity in one of the rooms, could see the paint going off wall. The Garage the sealing is falling apart, due the leaking water, and the water was pouring close to the one of lamps. I know has nothing to do with the house but they should take a look. It's pretty dangerous

The property is located in a built up area and is very overlooked. Some of the door locks did not work and we were unable to secure the property properly for the duration of our stay. We reported the issue on day one of our stay, we did have 2 visits from repairmen but the locks were not repaired. The safe was also not working and again this was reported on day one, it took several days before it was replaced. There was a lack of basic equipment, no hand towels in the kitchen and cloakroom. A very sparse welcome pack, no basic things like salt and pepper etc. The deck area is in poor condition. The sunbeds around the pool were of a poor quality and the cushions were extremely old and worn out and covered in disgusting stains, not good, they should be replaced. There is a large pool cover which is sits on the decking area, it is difficult to navigate around and could cause difficulties for young children. It doesn't actually fit the pool, so not sure why it is there. Vale do Lobo is a great location but the property needs to much better equipped and cared for in order to make it good value for money.

Great location and quiet. Indoor layout and furnishings were really nice. Nice layout and very clean. Beds were comfortable and all of the amenities worked fine.

The outdoor space by the pool wasnt great. The poolside beds were very uncomfortable and the bed toppers were very grubby and well used, they need to be replaced. So because of this we didnt spend any time outside at the villa itself. (we went to the beach club/beach instead, which we would have done mostly in any case, but if the villa had improved poolside furniture we may have stayed there more) The sliding door locks on some of the doors were not working correctly and couldnt be locked - would recommend they are checked and fixed. We did not feel insecure at any time during our stay as we simply closed the shutters on a night, and when we went out. But others may be less accommodating if the doors couldnt be locked.

Lovely villa located in a great location. Accommodation clean and well presented.

The terrace doesn’t get the sun meaning that the pool is also unusable due to temperature. The advert should mention this as it meant we had to spend €40 euros a day to use the resort facilities.
