Downtown Ponta Delgada

The appartment is very well located in the city center of Ponta Delgada, it has all the necesary for a long stay (kitchen, comfortable beds..) The communication with the owner was easy and fluid. Quick self check-in and check out.

Even though the windows are very well isolated, you can hear the cars.

We were satisfied with the apartment - enough space, all clean, enough equipment as for kitchen accessories. I personally enjoyed the bidet and the neighbours' cats we could often see on the yard downstairs. :) Also, the owner arranged dropping our luggage on our last day into the architects' office, so we didn't need to carry it all day long before our flight - many thanks for that and to Joana and Tiago who were in the office! :)

The apartment is in a great area, close to the center and the view from the bedrooms is amazing! We appreciated the small gift our host left (biscuits, milk, coffee, tea), well equipped apartment, including umbrellas to take with us, and with a lot of space! It was also very easy to find parking in that area!

Like many older buildings, the apartment had a strange smell inside, but after opening the windows and leaving some fresh air inside, it was ok.

Amazing apartment with lots of space and 5minute walk from the old center.

You need to pay for the parking on the street, every weekday from 8.am to 19.pm... But it isnt really a problem if you're travelling during the Day, beacuse you pay 1.5€ for 3h or something small like That.
