Я стала скучать по этому месту уже сразу после отъезда. Мы были на Мадейре уже четвертый раз, и эти апартаменты сделали очередное путешествие изумительным. Здесь действительно океан у ваших ног, вы просыпаетесь под его шум, любуетесь утром, днем, вечером. Закат на балконе волшебный, невозможно уйти. Расположение, на мой взгляд, лучшее, что может быть на Мадейре. До всего можно дойти пешком, машина не нужна. Рядом большой супермаркет, комплекс бассейнов Lido (нам предоставили карту для бесплатного входа, так как бассейн в апартаментах не работает). И обязательно посетите ресторан традиционной португальской кухни Come Together, получите удовольствие. Хотя состояние ремонта в квартире уже не новое, ее фантастическая чистота полностью закрывает этот недостаток. А кровать широкая и удобная. Кухня оснащена всей техникой и посудой, стиральная машина хорошо работает, на кухне есть отдельный балкон с сушилкой для вещей, поэтому нет проблем мокрых вещей. Я постараюсь приехать сюда снова

Нужно купить 2 чайные ложки и маленький острый нож. Об этом писали в предыдущих отзывах, но хозяин не реагирует. Вы вынуждены мешать чай и есть йогурт большой столовой ложкой. А нож только один, очень большой, тупой и неудобный. Замена этих простых вещей сильно повысит комфорт и оценку жилья.

I really liked the apartment. It was very clean when we checked in, it smelled nice. You will find everything you need here, you can even do your laundry! In Lisbon we lived for 17 days in an apartment that didn't have a washing machine and it was more expensive than here, so we were happy to spend our weekend in an apartment with an ocean view! Madeira seemed like heaven on earth to me, and I really want to come back here again.

Perfect location, close to a vast variety of restaurants and shops. Didn't need a car. About a 35 minute walk from Funchal and the Cable Car. View was incredible from the apartment 😀 It also had most of the facilities that we needed for our stay.

The shower didn't work for the first 3 days of our stay, but the owner came to do a quick fix to get it working again. There was no fan or air-conditioning in the apartment. There are notices everywhere around the building saying since the beginning of 2024 that you are not allowed to make use of the private pool, it's deteriorating with broken tiles. Regardless of this, everyone including us used the pool, but we weren't sure how safe it actually was.

The location and sea view! Well equipped apartment, close access to restaurants, sea promenade, private pool over looking the sea, easy access to Funchal via bus or on foot. Washing machine was great.

There is no free parking. Although the parking is not expensive and free from 8PM to 8AM as well as on weekends, you do need to remember to feed the meter now and then (this wasn't a big deal). The location of the flat is such that you don't need a car, next time we won't even rent one.
