Modern Cosy Flat with Terrace in Campo de Ourique.

Sehr schöne Lage im Viertel Campo de Ourique mit Anschluss an die Tram 28, Tram 25 und einige Buslinien. Das Erreichen der Innenstadt war also total easy. Das Viertel an sich ist auch klasse zum Verweilen. Check in und Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief problemlos.

Der Wasserkocher fehlte. Ein Sonnenschirm für die Terasse wäre wünschenswert

Centralt med bra resturanger och livsmedelaffärer. Fin lägenhet som var fullständigt utrustad med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, Micro och ugn. Wifi ingick och fungerade alldeles utmärkt

Comfortable apartment, nicely laid out and well decorated. Good air-conditioning. Well supplied kitchen.

The host failed to get the property cleaned before I arrived, and proposed cancelling the stay when I was outside the property, leaving me outside without a place to stay. I had to beg for her to let me in. To be fair to her, she did send someone in the same day to clean/sanitize the property, but it was extremely stressful to find myself in a foreign country, with my luggage outside a building, having the host threatning to refund and cancel my stay last minute. I was never offered a proper apology or discount for the stress and initial afternoon lost while waiting to have the property cleaned after my arrival.

Great convenient location close to shops and not far from the city centre. Equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay

The kitchen was not clear, with many chipped and damaged dishes that need to be replaced. There were also lots of ants in the kitchen. The communication process before check-in was not very smooth or convenient

Everything was great, the apartment has everything you need for your best stay at Lisbon. Location is great, there are many restaurants and stores nearby. You can walk, taxi or take a bus from there to anywhere you need in the city. It was raining a lot during our stay, so it was cooler inside the apartment as well, but there are AC in there, so it helped! Rita is great host, always answering and responding very fast. I would definitely recommend this cozy flat for everybody. Thank you.
