No tiene aire acondicionado, pero en nuestro caso no es problema, de día no estábamos y por la Noche refrescaba, con el ventilador sobraba.

Our experience at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. We spent a few days in Porto, and the apartment we checked into around 3:40 PM was in unacceptable condition. The hygiene was far below standard: hair on the bathroom floor, sink, and bathtub, a stained rug, candy under the sofa, dust, hair throughout the floors, random objects like hair ties on chairs, and even insects on furniture. It was clear the apartment had not been properly cleaned. Beyond cleanliness, the sofa bed — supposedly meant for two adults — was completely unsafe and unusable. It tipped dangerously when sat on and was impossible to sleep on. We reached out to the property at 4:00 PM. While the staff were polite in their responses, the process was very slow and frustrating. They only offered extra cleaning for the next morning and initially ignored the issue with the sofa bed. By the time someone was sent to assess the problem — nearly 8:00 PM — we had already spent hours trying to resolve the situation and lost our entire afternoon.

Eventually, we were offered a new apartment at 8:22 PM. We accepted and took an Uber at our own expense. But the problems didn’t end there. At 8:50 PM, we were sent the same check-in link as before — for the apartment we had just left. We alerted them immediately, but received no reply for an entire hour. We were left standing in the street at night, in the rain, completely unable to enter the new apartment, which was located far from the city center (not a pleasant place to be stranded without a roof over your head!) compared to the apartment we originally booked. When they finally responded, they stated they had sent the correct link, even though that clearly wasn’t the case. While the staff was generally polite throughout, the lack of organization, the delay in addressing serious issues, and especially the fact that we were left outside for over an hour at 10 PM due to their mistake, was unacceptable. I do not recommend this property. The apartment was dirty and unsafe, and although the team was courteous, their service was disorganized and slow. This experience caused us stress and discomfort during what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Great location in center, very quiet at night, an iron with an ironing board

Not clean, especially bathroom with lots of mold, hairs and leaking ceiling. No electric kettle

very clean, cosy and comfortable place for a holiday sightseeing. Perfect location and short distance (several minutes of walk) to main boulvar, famous bridge and the rest of old churches in the old town.

Location, and apartment was perfect for the 3 night stay with all amenities
