Excellent location, close to everything. The flat is 4mins walk from the tube station and the street is flat so we didn't have to carry luggage up the hill. The building has a lift. Having walked Lisbon around for three days I wouldn't recommend living anywhere else, especially if you have kids or have a luggage with you. The flat itself is excellent, very comfortable size with a king size bed, a double sofa, tv, table with two chairs and a side armchair, a closet with drawers with plenty of hangers. A balcony. The kitchenette has everything, fully equipped with microwave/oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, plates the whole lot, if you want to cook. A proper cosy studio flat. Bathroom is spacious with a hair dryer and a washing machine. We stayed 4 nights. The bed is big but it was too hard for us, I have read that this is common in Lisbon though. Excellent and easy communication with the landlord, straightforward entry to the building with a code provided and keys are collected from inside a lockbox. No one bothered us, quiet nights, safe location.

We only had slight problem with how hard the matrice was but I have a dodgy shoulder, otherwise 10stars experience.

Great location, very close to metro stations, trams, and Rossio train station. With walking distance to main city attractions (although you’d have to climb steepy streets as almost everywhere in Lisbon to visit old town), close to restaurants and supermarket. Enough space to stay few days for a pair with small child <2 years (child cot and chair provided), for longer stay it may be to small. Good equipment - washing machine, dishwasher, stove, toaster, kettle available, everything was clean. Located on the 3 floor in renovated building, lift is available. Easy instructions for self check-in.

For longer stay may be a little too small. Would be great if the cleaning staff is available (such as dishwasher tabs, detergent for washing machine, shampoo, toilet paper etc) in order not to buy it during longer stay.

Loved the location of the apartment-so central to many of the sights in Lisbon! Check in process was very smooth, easily got into the space and secured the keys. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and had the bonus of coffee, croissants, and homemade jam waiting for us. We had a great stay.

It was difficult for us to get the keys back into the lock box along with the euro tax at the end of the stay! Hard to maneuver, and may just need to take the keys off the large keychain.

Amazing location, very well specced apartment, everything you need for 1 or 2 people, surprisingly quiet for that location which was a bonus. Highly recommend

Bed needs maintenance as it is very squeaky - owner notified - this is a minor point only.
