The check in process is not good. You have to phone to arrange which I did. Check in is from 4pm. I ended up ringing twice and still had to wait for them to arrive to check us in and our room hadn’t even been cleaned so we were asked to wait until it was cleaned as they had no other rooms available but after waiting a further 15 mins they found us another room!
