Over all experience was good, Hugo was really nice and responsive. The apartment is in a very central location so it’s is really convenient.

there was a lot of noise from the street. There was a weird situation with the apartment ventilation. every evening when we returned from our day trip the apartment (and especially the bathroom) smelled like a restaurant’s kitchen and was filled with smoke. It was a little smaller than the pictures and it wasn’t clean enough, at least for our standards.

Guilerme, the gentleman who met us at the property was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. He showed up promptly to get us into the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner was cold, and the place was clean enough. The location was excellent with access to so many great stores and restaurants. The three beds are more close to a queen-size American bed. There were some nice decorator's touches in the bedrooms. The exterior window covers were nice as they keep the hot sunlight out and make it quieter at night. Beware if you are looking for a quiet place, it is not quiet here. If you are a light sleeper you will want to have earplugs or white noise. The kitchen had everything we needed. The table space and chairs in the dining room were functional and comfortable. The couch was a little dirty but not terrible. There was a broken window blind in the large bedroom which they did not have time to replace before we arrived. This was not good because it is the window that is right next to the bed and it is very bright at night as the street lights shine right into your face. But overall, a really nice place to enjoy Lisbon from. We highly recommend it this apartment.
