"Disappointing."

Good location. Comfortable lounge.

Toilet blocked. Hob does not work. Apartment very dated and tired looking. Reported blocked toilet by phone, told to send a message which I did by text and mail. Never had any acknowledgement or response, so affter 2 days of using local cafe toilets I spent an afternoon trying to fix the problem - bought drain unblocker and a plunger and eventually succeeded. Not an ideal way to spend my vacation.
