The apartment is in a very good neighbourhood, it's safe and close to the city center. The famous tram 28 passes just outside the door, which is very convenient. It's clean and it has a washing machine and other useful appliances.

The apartment is a bit worn out, the hairdryer is barely working and there are no toiletries, which requires an extra effort to buy everything after a long journey to Portugal.

Very well equipped apartment. Excellent location, walking distance to the center.

Being located in an old building , the stairs, the entrance door and the bathroom were very narrow. A bit noisy because of construction works nearby.

The apartment is cozy and it’s a nice space. The location is nice.

0 hospitality. There is no soap in the bathroom, no tabs for the dishwasher, no soap for the washing machine, no napkins or any consumibles that an apartment needs. The internet connection is barely useful, having to use my phone connection most of the time. The tv is the minimum size and bad quality. The couch is very uncomfortable. The apartment does not have any sound isolation and it’s suggested in a note to not take showers o even walk after 23hs because even the floor makes noise when walking. In the morning, the noise of the cars and the tram is very uncomfortable and had to close the window. The check out is at 11 but at 10 am the clean lady is knocking at the door to put pressure on you to leave.

Really comfortable and clean apartment, perfect location in Lisbon for walking tour of several days.

There wasn't any soap in bathroom, or any dishwashing liquid in kitchen.
