Double bed is quite small, king size would be preferable, Slight cigarette smell in appartment on arrival

Excellent modern 2bed apartment with great amenities making you feel at home. The room sizes a bit small but cost apartment nevertheless. It's a bit far out of town 10-15min walk but what a nice walk it is along the sea front. The pool is a decent size and water not that cold with grass around it perfect for families to relax. Recommend!

We received a really warm welcome from Lino and his family. They couldn't be more helpful. The apartment is clean and spacious with good amenities, comfy beds and a large balcony looking out to sea. The pool and gardens are well kept.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Ericeira. It had everything we needed for our family. It was well located, only 18 minute walk to the downtown of Ericeira and 15 minute walk to Praia do Sol. Lino and Miguel were wonderful and even helped with making us a dinner reservation our first night there. They also provided us some special treats and really went above and beyond to make our time there great. Lino has a ton of great information about Ericeira, its restaurants and the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again one day.

Support was exceptional from Miguel and family. They Helped us with recommendations and booking through out our weeks stay. Apartment was very comfortable ,clean and well stocked. Highly recommend for a family holiday/vacation.
