La vue est très jolie, c’est le seul point positif.

notre séjour a été très décevant. Un matin, un liquide jaune fluorescent, utilisé pour une recherche d’infiltration d’eau, a coulé de l’étage supérieur sur notre terrasse pendant le petit-déjeuner, nous obligeant à rentrer. Nous avons également retrouvé le sol du couloir complètement trempé en rentrant de la plage, signe d’autres infiltrations. L’immeuble est clairement en mauvais état et nous aurions dû être prévenus. De plus, l’équipement est insuffisant (pas 4 verres pour 4 personnes, dont un cassé) et la porte de la salle de bain est défectueuse.

"hormis l emplacement l appartement ne vaut pas le détour et le prix"

juste l emplacement

aucun stationnement ne correspond pas à la description car pas de chambre, surface annoncée 40 m2 et réelle à peine 33, très vieillot, chasse d eau qui ne fonctionne pas, baie non verrouillable, cuisine et sdb d un autre temps bref un rapport qualité prix nul
