Apartament 3 cam Grand Arena

The location was very good and it had access to public transportation. The apartment was clean and a parking spot was available.

The lack of AC in the summer along with the lack of mosquito nets at windows made very hard to sleep. The masking tape used during the painting was not entirely removed from the door handle and door frame.

There is nothing to like!

For triple the price of others much more central, the windows have one curtain, not two so they don’t work. Apparently kids were in and they got dirty so they were being cleaned. Before checking in new guests this should have obviously been sorted but I don’t believe this story. Nevertheless “this is the apartment” so no curtains were brought to us when I asked about it. The sheets are dirty and the floor/carpet was too and it was clearly not vacuumed. The duvets are both singles despite being double beds. A/C is non existent so it’s boiling. The bedrooms are walk through. No glasses or enough of any basics in the kitchen. The shower doesn’t have a holder. The location is ridiculous for a trip or leisure stay. It is not suitable for a holiday let at all-avoid.
