Perfect location and beautiful house. Good amenities and very good design, I was impressed. Perfect for a couple or an individual also

I liked everything about the house

Tutto,lo studio è davvero confortevole e arredato con estremo gusto,la proprietaria gentilissima e per nulla invadente,la posizione è centrale e il parcheggio facile da trovare, c'è la biglietteria automatica ma dopo le 18 e fino alle 8 è gratuito.La cucina è provvista di tutti gli utensili.Casa base ideale per escursioni nel territorio circostante. Spero di ritornare!

It was next to the centre and it was good for our family. The room was good enough but not something exciting...

The building was very old and the entrance was something like a horror movie!!!! When we arrived the first thought was " what the hell is this"!!!!! Because I want to be fair I have to confirm that most of the buildings in Brasov are very old and in a bad situation...

It's a studio that has been rebuilt to have a very large bed on the "second floor" inside the apartment. It creates a nice atmosphere in the apartment. It is located in the absolute center of the town so everything is accessible by walking. Parking is paid and parking spots might be difficult to find (but we still did find it close by). There are books and DVD-s and games in the apartment so that is lovely. But of course the main attraction is not the apartment itself but the whole town around it :D

Very squeaky floor (so if somebody wants to sleep there should be very little movement "downstairs" :D ). Also - because we were there in the heatwave, one fan was not enough, since there is no air conditioning the downstairs part could also use a fan (or perhaps some mosquito nets in front of the windows so at night the windows could be opened).

Very clean apartment in the heart of the city. We felt at home. Parking near the apartment after some searching, at a reasonable price.
