Apartament foarte aproape de centru, loc de parcare in fata pensiunii. Curatenie si bun gust in amenajarea apartamentului. Proprietarul foarte amabil

La posizione ottima e gli appartamenti molto ben arredati, migliore quello più grande perché aveva una cucina abitabile con tavolo, mentre l'appartamento più piccolo no, comunque molto belli gli arredi e lo stile, rispettosi del carattere rustico del palazzo che aveva una lunga storia

nulla, veramente tutto bello, magari migliorerei solo con una scritta per l'assegnazione dei parcheggi a quale appartamento, sono legati, così da non creare dubbi quando si rientra la sera, magari sul tardi.

Изключително местоположение - тихо, спокойно и на десетина минутки пеш до центъра. Чисто, уютно и подредено с усет. Има всичко необходимо за пребиваване на четиричленно семейство. Много ценно предимство е, че разполага с паркомясто точно пред къщата. Стопанинът е страхотен събеседник и много приятен и отзивчив човек. Силно пепоръчвам!

Die Unterkunft liegt in Top-Lage nur 10 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt und bietet einen eigenen Parkplatz! Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und geht via WhatsApp persönlich in Kontakt mit den Mietern. Der Check-in war absolut easy. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Badezimmer geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem.

Der Küchenbereich ist sehr klein und beengt. Es gibt keine Kochmöglichkeiten, nur eine Microwelle. Der "Essensbereich" beschränkt sich auf ein Mini-Sofa mit Mini-Couch-Tisch. Für ältere Leute etwas unbequem.

Nice comfortable place with a parking spot few minutes from the city center. Calm at night (we slept with open windows). We had a minor issue in the bathroom, the owner resolved it immediately. The only place during our trip where I didn't wake up with a back pain from the mattress.

The sofa may be tight for two sleeping adults (we traveled with children)

The check-in process was very easy. The hosts seemed professional, and didn't bother us with a bunch of absurd rules or surprise early check-outs like other hosts in Brasov do. :) The furniture in the living room and bedroom seemed to be of high quality. The mattress topper for the living room sofa bed was very welcomed. The flat smelled good. The bedroom bed was pretty comfy. The location was great - close to many restaurants and bars in the old town but also located in a quiet neighbourhood.

One tile in the bathroom was wobbly. It was frustrating because you always have to step on it when you enter or exit the bathroom. We had two TVs but only one remote - very weird and annoying. There were a bunch of spider webs in the bathroom. It could've been cleaned with more care. I would've liked extra pillows in the bedroom. We each had only one big pillow and one decorative pillow. It wasn’t a big deal, just a bit inconvenient — the shower gel and shampoo felt cheap, and the packaging was tricky to open. I already had my own shampoo from home, but I still had to buy a shower gel for my stay. Again, nothing major, just a little annoying.

Masina de cafea veche, tip filtru, nu mai foloseste nimeni asa ceva, mai ales daca stai 1-2 nopti. Un aparat cu capsule cred ca ar fi mult mai folositor. Panze de paianjen si firmituri/ praf pe noptiera. 2 televizoare si o singura telecomanda.
