When we arrived and wanted to enter the apartment, the owner of the apartment sent us instructions in Romanian. The instructions were in pictures and could not be translated via google translate. The owner of the apartment did not want to answer when we called him for help. He wrote a message and told us to contact booking.com and cancel the reservation, and we had already been charged for the accommodation. He wanted to take our money and not use the apartment. It was very stressful for us, we are tourists in Romania. When we finally found our way and entered the apartment, we saw that the apartment was very dirty and had an unpleasant smell. It has not been cleaned properly. He left us incomplete, dirty/used bedding for the extra bed. In a message, he informed us that we do not have the right to an extra bed, even though we booked for 2 adults and 1 child aged 14. We went to the store and bought bed linen (we were lucky because the store was open until 10 p.m.). Also, he did not leave us clean towels for the children. The bathtub and toilet were clogged. We did not report this case (clogging) to the owner of the apartment because it was clear to us that he did not want to help us. We used the toilet in the shopping center. At the end of our stay, we found out that the owner of the apartment reported to booking.com that we didn't come to the apartment (booking.com contacted us with the question "why didn't we come to the reserved accommodation"). The owner of the apartment wanted to deceive booking.com, all in order not to leave a review about our experience with the apartment. I asked the owner of the apartment why he did that, and why he then charged us all the money. And, if we didn't come - as he claims, let him return the money. He said we were blackmailing him.

Un loc minunat plin de energie pozitiva. Curat si deosebit. Nota 10 din 10. Vom reveni cu siguranta. Loc de parcare plus Coressi Mall in apropiere.

Garsoniera este mare și bine îngrijită, cu un pat dublu comfortabil și un balcon mare în care poți sta să te relaxezi.

Legat de cazare nu am întâmpinat aspecte neplăcute.
