On the river Ultra central Suites

Perfect position really close to the old town. The room is exactly what you see in the photos. Just downstairs there's a bar with a nice owner and pretty decent coffee (a big plus for an Italian like me)

The palace where the room is located is quite old and sometimes the smell was not so pleasant.

The location of the property is very near to the city center, and walking distance to everything including tourist sites, the train station, and grocery stores. During my stay, a half marathon and marathon race occurred where the runners ran right along the street below. It was an incredible sight to watch!

There were a few small issues with the property that the property manager attempted to remedy. First, when I arrived, the room had not been cleaned from the prior guest. Fortunately, the cleaning lady arrived shortly afterwards and cleaned the room quickly and satisfactorily while I walked around the town for a bit. There was also an issue with the stovetop—one of the burners would not turn off despite being in the ‘off’ position. The repairman was able to turn it off, but the switch no longer worked for one of the burners during the entire stay. Relatively minor issues that did not detract from the overall stay.

Good relationship with the landlord

Wonderful view. Traffic wasn’t too loud. Great location.

location and value for money

I liked the location, easy to reach and stores around. Also, the apartamnent was clean and had an equiped kitchen

We could'n reach the owner at the phone number listen on booking, and there was no one at the location at check in time, so we had a pretty crapy time until 2 hour until after calling boooking the owner answered and gave us the key to enter. So, don't trust the no. listed on booking, call a few days early.... Also, it's a bit noisy the apartment, you can hear the heavy traffic also during the night
