Gândaci, nu am avut esspresor, vasul de wc se mișca in toate părțile, clima deși răcea, nu făcea față la volumul camerei, fiind prea mică, așa că era cam cald

Очень шумно. Звукоизоляция окон слабая. Не могли связаться с объектом размещения. Никто не отвечал. Ключа в указанном месте не было. Мы стояли под подъездом и не понимали что делать. Трубку не брали на сообщение на отвечали. К счатью- вышел из подъезда человек. Я пошла искать квартиру и нашла в ней девушку, которая занчивала уборку. Подождать - была не проблема. Просто мы не знали - почему нет ключа и стояли на улице с чемоданами в неведении. Коммуникация с объектом размещения - не удовлетворительная. Это не я должна искать работников и бегать по подъезду. И стоять с чемоданами не зная куда идти… Человек не заселился - нужно быть на связи!!!! Это ваш бизнес

The location and aircon.

The photos is outdated and the place needs TLC. Shower is loose and spray all over the place then water run into room. Washbasin sits on a piece of cheap wood. No back up toiletpapier.

Zentrale Lage.Nur wenige meter zur U- Bahn und mehreren Bushaltestellen. Das Appartement mit Dusche und Küchen ist neu renoviert

DieHauseingangstüre sieht furchterregend aus, ebenso die Fassade. Das Gebäude steht an einer Straßenkreuzung, daher sehr laut. An einer Küchenschranktüre war das obere Scharnier ausgebrochen.An der Schranktüre wo sich dahinter der Kühlschrank befindet,müsste ein Griff angebracht werden,damit man sie leichter öffnen kann.

La stanza era ubicata all'interno di un Palazzo veramente vecchio buio e fatiscente, vicino alla fermata della metro e dei bus (punto a favore) all'interno la stanza è ristrutturata e abbastanza accogliente, nonostante ciò però abbiamo notato diversi problemi non trascurabili. Il wc è mal messo si muove così come la fontana, la camera apparentemente sembra pulita ma abbiamo trovato degli scarafaggi e non abbiamo dormito tranquilli. Per 4 giorni avevamo solo un asciugamano grande e uno piccolo a testa, non sufficiente. Inoltre al nostro arrivo non era presente nemmeno del semplice sapone per le mani, l'ho comunicato e ci hanno consegnato uno shampoo, il resto lo abbiamo acquistato. Cuscini quasi inesistenti. Inoltre c'è una finestra/porta che da su un grazioso balconcino, ma non ha tenda quindi entra sempre luce. Insomma se siete persone che si adattano difficilmente passate oltre.

L’interno dell’appartamento davvero carino, c’è anche un grazioso balconcino con una bella vista. La posizione è ottima, vicino a un parco bello e a 10 min dal centro. Il letto era comodo.

Ci sono scarafaggi in questa zona. La struttura ha cercato comunque di aiutarci con la problematica.

I want to start by saying that I have nothing personal against the owner, and I usually don’t leave feedback, but this time it feels necessary for anyone considering staying here in the future. We arrived at 3:00 PM, checked into the apartment, and at first glance everything seemed fine. But within 10 minutes we realized we only had two towels for a 5-day stay. There was also a dirty bathroom floor towel (which the cleaning company clearly missed) and a small, damp kitchen towel placed near the sink — something that will become relevant later. I contacted the owner to sort it out. From the start, he was defensive, insisting he had left more towels (which wasn’t true). After several messages back and forth, he outright called me “poor” and said if I didn’t have money, I should have told him so, and he would have brought me some. I told him there was no need — if he couldn’t provide towels for his guests, I’d just buy my own. He then offered to give me my money back so I could find another place. I made it clear I didn’t want to move, just to point out the problem. Eventually, he said he’d send someone over with towels — but that at checkout I’d have to leave 10 towels because, according to him, he had originally provided 2 large towels, 2 small ones, 1 floor towel, and 1 kitchen towel. Honestly, that “kitchen towel” looked more like a handkerchief. Fast forward: his guy came, asked to see the towels, and again claimed there had been more. I politely explained that wasn’t the case, showed him the dirty floor towel, and he told me it wasn’t dirty — that it was just “the color.” Fun fact: I washed it, and somehow it didn’t look dirty anymore. Day 2: After a shower, I tried to use the hair dryer provided — it was burnt out, looked like it had caught fire at some point, yet was still sitting there as if it worked. Did I tell the owner? Yes. Did I get a reply? No. That evening, I noticed cockroaches in the kitchen.

La vista, l'aria condizionata e il materasso comodo. La posizione era ottima, a due passi sia dalla metro che dalla fermata dell'autobus.

Le blatte che uscivano dal lavello della cucina se lo lasciavamo aperto... dovevamo sempre ricordarci di chiuderlo
