Well worth the money you pay . The apartment is really close to the train station and also to the town center. The staff is great and really friendly.

Bed was good, although super quietchy.

The host double-booked the apartment. I came to apartment, there was no key in place stated as key storage by host on WhatsApp few minutes before, I knocked on apartment door and another client opened the door of my booked apartment, who arrived few hours earlier to same apartment. The host didnt know there is another host in apartment and he advised to go to another room with bathroom, which he manages. I dragged the luggage to another part of the town 15min walk away, the entry door code sent by host for this 2nd room was wrong, he was constantly off WhatsApp for 10 min, while I waited in front of this other room. The host also never responded to calls. The entry door was broken-in recently and host didn't explain how to open the door (you need to push the door handle up, so it locks, super uncommon and it took me another 15 min to figure out how this door closes). Host told me on WhatsApp I'm difficult. All-in-all it took me 1h45" more to check-in due to his double-booking. In alternative proposed room: mold in shower, shower leaking so it creates a pool of standing water in the middle of the bathroom. Bathroom and kichenette non equipped. Photos talk for itself... Fazit good price but on the end too much fuss and alternative room was not equivalent to booked apartment.

The location is very central and the host was helpful with sharing some local information,

General presentation and maintenance was poor: - The large windows do not shut properly - The toilet window lets in a draft as it does not seal - There is almost no cutlery (not even a single teaspoon!) - If you are sleeping and even slightly moving on the bed (on the kitchen side), it makes a noise for the person on the panorama side by their head - Bathroom needs renovating (broken glass panel) - There was once a glass ledge over the basin which hasn't been replaced - Skirting is broken in the kitchen - The exhaust over the stove has no grille and the vent and the pipe connection looks nasty - One of the sockets in the kitchen does not work - The light by the mirror in the kitchen is not connecting properly - The mattress does not have a protector which is a lack of hygiene

The location is positioned near the most interesting historical objectives in town. The quality/price ratio was amazing. The price was low and what we got was really satisfying, for us. Also the apartment is very spacious.

The bathroom could be improved a little more. It was very clean though.

The apartment is located right in the heart of the Old Town in Sibiu. The apartment has a nice view.

The bathroom is a wreck: smelly, the shower cabin is not safe to use as it's all broken glass on the wall, the shower curtain was dirty, old, smelly, the bathroom is old, not clean at all, the bad smell is always present even with the bathroom window permanently open. Water is leaking from the toilet, on the floor. We have pictures to show the disgusting bathroom they have. No hand towels, no foot towels, you only get 2 towels for the entire stay and you have to use them for everything. We had to ask for extra towels and what we received was not sufficient, of course. The kitchen: oven not working, not enough cutlery, the plates, mugs, glasses, pans, etc. that were available in the kitchen were actually dirty and we had to wash them so we can use them. The kitchen table was all stained and dusty. We had to clean that as well. The room/bedroom was also dusty everywhere. Under the bed, there is a dusty vacuum cleaner and a super dusty black box. We noticed them because they were just thrown under the bed, but in plain sight. The building is a very old building, you can hear all the neighbors and also if someone is passing in front of the door. During the entire stay, we had noise from the renovation works of the neighbors and it was difficult to rest more in the morning as they were starting with the noise around 8 AM. This listing should not be taken off the website. The advertising is misleading, the pictures look nicer than the reality, and the host is actually renting the apartment from someone else, and only makes money with it on Booking. She doesn't care about improving anything in the place or about her guests, at least this is what we've seen. We felt like it's all about money. The lady smiles nicely at you saying that she didn't know about the oven, etc., that she will take care of that and the other the next day but she never shows up after that. It's all about taking your money and nothing more.
