* Clean and warm apartment with a very comfortable bed; * Quiet area for a good night of sleep - exactly what you need; * Good communication with the kind owner; * The apartment is next to a police station, which should make it a safe place for parking the car on the street; * Very good and fast WiFi;

* The kitchen is very basic and rudimentarily equipped, a microwave, water boiler and a bit more cookware would be a great plus; * A sofa or comfortable chair would be nice;
