"Boutique Suite 2" is a very nice basement apartment. It is very clean and comfortable, as well as beautiful and stylish. There are some very interesting ideas in the apartment. The bed is very comfortable. Private parking place included as well. It is situated only a few minutes drive from the city centre.

Very clean, spacious, and cosy apartment. We really enjoyed staying there.

For me personally, with back problems, the shower (where you cannot stand but need to sit) and the sink (where you have to step on a stone to reach it) were not ideal. While I think it is a bright idea and making good use of space, I would not choose it for the reasons mentioned above.

I was impressed with the reworking of a basement as an apartment. Nice pleasing design. Had some drinks, a minibar service, like in hotels.

The shower requires you to fit into a low ceiling area. Not really a problem, kind of a limitation of the basement situation and the drains, that don't allow for a higher area.
