Din păcate, această cazare nu justifică deloc prețul cerut pentru o noapte. Raportul calitate–preț este foarte slab, iar facilitățile oferite sunt sub așteptări. Camera nu este dotată cu Smart TV, iar papucii de casă nu au fost pregătiți pentru toate persoanele cazate. După ce am solicitat, ni s-a adus doar o singură pereche. Cea mai mare problemă a fost însă curățenia. Pe podea am găsit praf și păr, semn că nu fusese făcută curățenie corespunzătoare înainte de sosirea noastră. În baie, chiuveta și toaleta nu erau igienizate corespunzător, iar pe jos se vedeau urme lăsate de oaspeții anteriori. Mai mult, coșul de gunoi nu avea nici măcar sac menajer, un detaliu elementar care ar trebui verificat înainte de fiecare cazare. Pentru prețul plătit, mă așteptam la condiții mult mai bune și la o atenție mai mare acordată curățeniei. Din păcate, impresia generală a fost că pregătirea camerei pentru noii oaspeți a fost făcută superficial. Nu recomand această cazare celor care pun preț pe curățenie și pe servicii de calitate.

Locatia intr-o zona foarte linistita si aproape de zona mea de interes. Dormitorul a fost extrem de confortabil. Toate conditiile pentru un sejur reusit. Parcarea a fost un aspect foarte important in alegerea acestei locatii.

Camerele arata ca in poze, noi am avut un.studio la primul.etaj! Un mare plus pentru locul de parcare, un avantaj enorm in zona! Locația e intr-o zona de case, e liniște si foarte plăcut!

Le-as recomanda proprietarilor sa verifice mai atent personalul care se ocupa de curatenie: toaleta nu era deloc ok iar in camera, pe jos, nu mai era șters de mult! Daca aceste lucruri se rezolva, cu siguranță ar fi o locație de 10!

Great place in a great quiet location, minutes away from a busy boulevard but very quiet nonetheless, with private parking just in front of the building. The accommodation itself is quite spacious and you will be missing nothing as far as amenities go. The owners are extremely nice and attentive - I even got some water, coffee and tea in the room. There's also a microwave oven and an electrical stove and the whole place is absolutely spotless. Will definitely come back.
