Located next to Atheneum. Good cafes near by. Lot of daily amenities provided.

Host didn’t respond timely even for urgent queries. Flush didn’t work sometimes. Very slow water supply at the wash basin. It was not fixed within three days of my stay :)

The location was in the center

DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! I booked the place for three nights. When I got there in the evening the place was filthy food everywhere, stains on the bed and bedsheets, sticky floors. Dirty toilet. Garbage everywhere. I contacted the property and didn’t get a response so I booked another hotel. And the owner promised to issue a refund for 2/3 of the nights and later lied and said she didn’t agree to refund.

The bathroom requires renovations, and the remaining appliances in the apartment are quite outdated. The primary issue, however, is the persistent traffic noise that is not sufficiently mitigated by the windows

The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a few days’ stay - perfect central location for a city break as well.

1.) Walking into the old town Takes only 15min 2.) Kitchen ist well equipped. 3.) There is a Lot of space in the appartment

1.) The toilet flush is still Not adjusted. It splashes out into toilet into the bathroom! 2.) There is some black mold in the shower that has to be taken care of. 3.) The nice small kitchen is constructed on the former balcony. The outside wall ist Just some plastic sheets. There is absolutely no sound insulation. Opening or closing the window does Not Change the Sound. There is a Lot of honking and loud motorcylcles on the street below. It's impossible to sleep without war plugs or anc Headphones! There needs to be some extra sound proofing! 4.) Metro and major bus lines are 15min walk away. 5.) Bed could use a new mattress

The apartment is in a great location, close to the old town and the main street. There are many cafes nearby, and a supermarket is within walking distance. It has everything you need—stove, fridge, hairdryer, iron, and even some basic groceries. The apartment is warm and cozy. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. The only downside is the noise. The windows face a busy street, and at night, it’s almost impossible to sleep. Other than that, everything was great.

The windows feel like they don't exist, as there's a lot of noise coming from outside. It makes no difference to have them open or closed, the sound is the same. Toilet is splashing everywhere. Other than that, the place and the location is amazing!
