Sun Wave Apartment - Santa Cruz

Sehr netter Empfang vor Ort von Alojeste. Tolle Kommunikation. Die Lage des Apartments ist toll. Zudem gibt es eine Tiefgarage mit einem sehr geräumigen Stellplatz und einen Fahrstuhl. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut. Sehr viel Stauraum in der Küche.

Es könnte mal eine ordentliche Grundreinigung gemacht werden. Teilweise waren auch Schubladen dreckig, viel Staub auf den Lampen. Im Bad ist Schimmel (vermutlich schlecht zu vermeiden wegen der klimatischen Bedingungen). Sehr gestört hat uns das Balkon Mobiliar. Es gab nur zwei sehr ungemütliche Ikea Holzstühle und einen kleinen Tisch. Hängematte war ja immer nur von einem nutzbar. Die Betten sind recht schmal und man hat eine große Decke.

Property is very well located, beachfront with nice restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable and you have a great balcony to enjoy amazing sunsets. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.

Although you have cable tv with access to a wide range of channels, the tv screen is quite small just if you decide to exchange an evening out for a movie night.

Location was great, apartment was spacious

The house was clean and cosy. The location is ideal for beach access. All amenities are quite close and easily accessible by car. Lisbon is only a pleasant less than one hour drive away so there you go!

The car parking ramp slope was a bit steep for my car especially on the way out from the parking so I opted to park outside which was fine cause there were plenty of parking places. We did not visit in summer so it was a bit quite around which again is not a big issue for many.

This is the second time we choose this apartment to stay when in Santa Cruz. I believe this says everything 😁
