Host Wise - Lovely Shinny Flats with Balcony - Clerigos

Great location, right next to Clerigos church, the old tram stop at the top of the hill, with Luis bridge and Sao Bento train station just round the corner. Huge balcony with good views of the church, steet and rooftops. Great food and drink locally, and you're right in the heart of Porto! More than enough space for the 4 of us adults

Top (4th) floor with no lift which I'd forgot - but great views! Building opposite had building works Shower water pressure wasn't amazing Wifi was alright when it worked, but between 4 of us only myself seemed to have consistent connection.

It was in a great location, and it was also generous of them to include a bottle of wine at your visit.

They did not leave proper instructions getting into the apartment when you tried contacting them they would not respond to you until two hours later we were stuck in outside of our unit for an hour and a half. The unit smells like mold. The shower door is not accessible. You have to be super skinny in order to fit behind that crack. i’m pregnant and I had to shower with the door open because it wouldn’t close or the door would jam my stomach. The unit was not as advertised when I was booking it showed a church in the view and it was on the opposite side. Also, the unit appears way smaller than it does in pictures so please keep that in mind. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and they gave you the flattest pillow to sleep on.

Great location. Near lots a good dinning. Easy to get to from the San Bento station.

The only complaint we was the wifi was not stable. We could not rely on it. We were fortunate to have eSIM.

As far as small spaces go, this clean and well appointed apartment has everything to make a traveller’s stay relaxing and enjoyable. This corner suite offered amazing natural light and unique street views from our Juliet balcony. As with any older building, you can hear foot noise from upper apartments ( as I’m sure the lower apartment could hear our squeaky steps as well) - nothing was so loud as to prevent us from enjoying a great nights sleep. The ear plugs left by our hosts weren’t required for our stay. Anyone staying in this location, or nearby Porto for that matter, definitely needs to check out Malindro 1859 Cocktail Bar. Best drinks and atmosphere in town.

Emplacement au top juste en haut de la colline, à deux pas de la plupart des monuments de porto, proche de la ligne de métro avec de nombreux choix de restaurants et boutiques autour. La vue était vraiment le meilleur point de cet appartement. L'appartement est assez grand pour 2 personnes, avec de belles finitions, une belle hauteur sous plafond et très lumineux même pendant notre séjour sans soleil. La climatisation fonctionne bien également.

Le sommier qui bougeait beaucoup trop et faisait du bruit dès que l'on bougeait dans le lit. La cabine de douche impossible à accéder normalement si on veut fermer la porte vitrée de la douche et éviter d'en mettre partout (on est obligé de se coincer dans un coin pour pouvoir fermer la porte). Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché, l'eau ne s'évacuait pas vite. Un seul papier toilette mis à disposition pour un séjour de 5 nuits à deux (obligé d'acheter un paquet de 12 au commerce le plus proche). Pas de produits de douche mis à disposition hormis deux mini flacons de shampoing. Une bouteille de vin en guise de cadeau d'accueil mais pas de tire-bouchon sur place et pas durant tout le séjour malgré le fait d'avoir remonté les informations et le problème dès la première nuit passée sur place. Les échanges beaucoup trop lents avec l'hôte et des réponses de l'hôte à des horaires impossibles (1h28, 23h52, 3h40) Aucun problème n'a été résolu durant notre séjour de 5 nuits. 4 étages à monter (le prix de la vue).
