Lisbon Center Modern Art Apartment

Perfect location in the heart of Lisbon. Nice and clean. As it was winter we used air conditioning to heat the apt which worked great. Apt had everything needed like washing liquid, shower gel, shampoo, salt, sugar, tea etc. Good Wi-Fi. Nice to have a code to get into apt so no need to carry keys. We would recommend.

If I have to add something: There are 2 bathrooms in the apt, one was working good but the shower in en-suite bathroom was not draining well and toilet water flushing was not too powerfull. Building is historical and we could hear the steps of people walking who stayed above our apt. All these however would not stop us from staying there again. We would defenitely repeat.

1. Host was always available to help and answer questions and it was extremely easy to access the apartment through her help. 2. Location was great - we walked almost everywhere and to nearby metro stations to get around 3. Modern refurbishment to an old apartment - done very well 4. Easy access with keypad at front of building and apartment.

1. NOISE! Owner did a great job refurbishing an old apartment, but there were things that are beyond him - LOUD footsteps, toilets flushing, water running from the apartment upstairs and store owners closing and setting up in the middle of the night. We couldn’t sleep well. 2. The PILLOWS WERE SMELLY. The pillow cases were fine but the odor of stale, oily scalp smell emitted from the pillows, so it felt like we were sleeping on used pillows. It’s probably time for the owners to change the pillows. 3. On and off Hot water - turns cold suddenly whilst showering 4. Clogging in the master shower area

The property had a Parisian ambience and was tastefully furnished. It was homey and comfortable. The space was just right for a group of 3-4 persons. Location-wise, it was at the heart of the city center where many restaurants and bars and cafes, as well as specialty shops, abound. Lisa, our property manager, was efficient and communicated very well. She even went out of her way to return a smart watch which was left behind by one of my traveling companions. The place was thoroughly clean and the kitchen and dining areas were well-organized. While the rooms were relatively small, they were very comfortable and clean as well. Highly recommended!

There was not enough space for our big luggages, but we managed to store them well and avoided any obstacles while we moved around the place.

This apartment is perfect and located was close to everything. Everything you needed was in the apartment and it was very comfortable. We will return because it was one of the best places we have ever stayed!

Excellent location, within walking distance to many local sights, shopping and dining. Very clean and well maintained. Lisa was exceptionally responsive to any questions and accommodating with requests. Could not have asked for better support.
