Estivemos em três hóspedes durante trabalho e participação em eventos no Universidade de Lisboa. Quanto a localização: é ótima para estudantes, professores e investigadores, mas também para pessoas que estejam a passeio. Perto do apartamento estão duas estações de metrô, por volta de 10-12 minutos caminhando, mas há também um ponto de ônibus na entrada do prédio. Quanto às instalações: o apartamento é amplo, com camas e roupa de camas de boa qualidade e limpas. Existem dois banheiros, que facilitam a hospedagem um grupo de pessoas. Banheiros limpos e com boa estrutura de chuveiros e sanitários. A cozinha possui todos eletrodomésticos (fogão, microondas, cafeteira Nespresso e lava-louças) e também máquina de lavar roupa. Quanto ao atendimento: desde o momento da confirmação, antes do check-in e pouco antes do check-out tivemos atendimento rápido em com dúvidas e solicitações sendo atendidas. There were three of us staying at the University of Lisbon while working and participating in events. The location is great for students, professors and researchers, as well as people sightseeing. There are two metro stations about a 10–12 minute walk away, but there is also a bus stop right outside the building. The apartment itself is spacious, with high-quality, clean beds and linens. There are two bathrooms, which makes it ideal for groups. The bathrooms are clean with good shower and toilet facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The service was prompt from the moment of confirmation, before check-in and shortly before check-out, with all questions and requests being answered promptly.

The only good thing was the location. Great to explore the city as it's close to metro stations, lots of bus routes and Campo Grande garden right in front of the flat.

The flat is located on a ground floor and probably closed most of the time so doesn't aerate enough. There's mould starting to grow in every corner or hidden space and because of this and because it's an old house doesn't look clean. After a few days you feel there's a toxic cloud of spores and dust around you all the time. If you have respiratory problems even if mild, don't come. We had severe allergy and asthma while staying here. The páteo could be nice but it's not taken care of. The house itself is not cozy, just has the minimums to sleep for a few days.

Great location! It’s a really big space with an outdoor patio area.One of the rooms was en-suite which was a nice surprise.Lots of public transport options nearby and cheap to get a taxi/uber into the centre where bars and restaurants are.

Double bed was two singles pushed together that kept separating. Not a big issue but they need a clip or something to keep them together.

Terassi mööbel vana ja lagunev, väga laua peale toetada ei saanud. Kuna apartment asub esimesel korrusel siis ööseks ega ka päevaks aknaid lahti jätta ei julgenud.

La casa aveva un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, era abbastanza ben accessoriata e ben servita da mezzo pubblici, nonostante la posizione piuttosto pericerica

Avrei dato una valutazione complessiva più alta ma al termine del soggiorno siamo state ingiustamente accusati di aver lasciato aperta una finestra al momento della partenza, consentendo così a un ladro di entrare e portare via una delle TV dell' appartamento è per questo motivo ci è stato richiesto un rimborso di 248 euro. Dato che noi siamo certi di aver chiuso tutto prima di uscire, abbiamo rifiutato la richiesta, ma non ci è piaciuto che ci accusassero, senza contare che avrebbero dovuto essere presenti al check out se volevano contestarci qualcosa.
