Relaxing & Welcome Apartment, Ared, UTA - All Inclusive

Good for families as it has a sandpit and play area just downstairs and a restaurant just around that corner that deliver as well. The apartment is spacious though compact. It has an open plan kitchen and living room with a small bedroom connected directly to the living room and a separate bath. The air-conditioning was probably the best feature as without it the heat was unbearable. The building has two lifts which was helpful to get around a pushchair up and down to the 5th floor where the apartment is located and also one of the lifts was briefly out of action on the last day we were there so it was handy to have a second working lift.

It states it has a patio and so I expected a balcony but there wasn't any outside space/balcony. The location is behind a stadium so on Saturday nights expect noise and drums and vuvuzelas. Luckily the white noise app I had for my daughter worked like a charm and you couldn't hear that much from the bedroom but in the living room you could hear it all like you were in the arena. I knew this when I booked the apartment so it wasn't that much of a surprise. The bed squeaks from every angle, the door between the living room and the bedroom is squeaky too so it was a bit tricky to get around after putting my toddler to bed. Small suggestions for improvement: The bathroom could do with a shower curtain and also when we were there the button that switches between the showerhead and the tap was broken so we always had to fill the bath with the shower which was slower than the tap but that was not a big issue and I hope it would have been resolved for any next guests. The kitchen could do with better pots and pans and tea towels, the existing frying pan was broken, I got a small one from the shop so I can fry eggs.
