Everything was great, host is so helpful and kind. Location perfect.

Pet friendly. Very cozy studio in a fantastic location within walking distance to everything. The hosts are very helpful. Someone greets you at the property, which is a nice personal touch. The person who greeted me was very helpful too!!

Parking can be difficult to find and the stairs up to the apartment are very steep. Neither of these concern the actual apartment though, which is why I have still rated it a 10!

Best place I’ve been to ever!! The woman was extremely sweet and welcoming. Me and my girlfriend were welcomed to a warm and Christmas decorated room, with calm and romantic music. It really set the mood!! She showed us how everything in the room works without missing a single thing, told us about attractions and restaurants in the area. One of them was De pofta sau de foame, and was AMAZING. She really cared for us and talked to us in such a sweet tone. It felt like she was my nana. Her husband was very lovely too and engaged with us at every chance. If I will ever be coming back to Brasov, I will definitely be coming back here because wow. Thankyou very much for everything, I’m going to miss my second family :(

Cosy room close to city centre, in the heart of wonderfull city of Brasov. Very good accommodation for people who want to visit the main attractions of Brasov, walking distance to every point of interest. The host is very friendly, a nice and kind person who helped and understood us.

Central Location

We contacted the host a few days before checking in, and everything was fine, being sent photos and a film of the room which was as advertised. A day before arriving, we were told that, due to overbooking, the room might not be available (the booking was made 3 months in advance!) and we'd have an answer by that evening, but none came. We contacted Booking, who also tried to contact the host without any success. We were told by Booking the next day (day of our vacation and check-in) that the host couldn't accommodate us and Booking would have to find an alternative. Then, surprisingly, we got a phone call from our host, complaining that we were rude for getting Booking involved, and after some back and forth, we were told they actually do have the room for us. As we arrived, we were offered a SMALL room and NOT the studio apartment we booked. We were offered an extra bedroom with no toilet on a different floor, which was obviously not an acceptable solution. At this point, we just wanted to enjoy our vacation, which had quite a rough start. We paid in cash. The host didn't have the change, but we were told they would provide it, which didn't happen for our whole stay. The word theft could be an accurate description. It certainly wasn't a tip for their customer service. The host also tried to tell me to cancel the booking because we had a small Yorkshire Terrier dog (which was allowed as per their booking description) and that its hair might upset future guests (don't they clean the room after it's been used?), which is a pathetic excuse since most likely they were scared of a negative review, and they were quite right, because here we are! Leaving aside all the drama, the room was poorly ventilated and musty, drenched in kitsch, and the white tiles gave the impression it was an extended bathroom rather than a proper bedroom.
