L'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire ; la situation géographique à proximité de la plage et du centre ville ; la propreté de l'appartement.

-Les 3 climatiseurs de l'appartement (séjour et chambres) ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée. A notre demande, le propriétaire a fait le nécessaire mais, compte tenu du délai nécessaire à l'exécution des travaux, nous avons passé 5 jours sans clim et les travaux nécessaires à l'installation d'une nouvelle climatisation dans l'appartement a duré toute une journée. Cette situation dommageable nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de l'appartement.
