Location - reasonably good condtions, and very close to the airport.

I was surprised to receive the message regarding the 100 RON payment, as I believe the circumstances of our stay need to be considered. When I realised I had mistakenly booked the two rooms for two people instead of five, I immediately communicated with the property. We agreed that they would come at 9pm and that we would pay an additional 100 RON for an extra towel and sheets. However, when we arrived at 5pm, the room intended for three people had not been prepared. The previous guests’ sheets and towels were still in place, and the room had not been cleaned. The cleaner arrived afterwards and was also surprised, explaining that he had not been informed that guests were arriving. As a result, we had to leave the property for approximately 30 minutes to allow the cleaning to be completed. When we returned, the room was clean, but there were still only two bath towels and one hand towel provided. We checked out at 3am due to our early flight, and there was no opportunity to discuss this further. Given that the agreed extra towel was not actually provided and considering the inconvenience caused by the room not being ready on arrival, I do not believe the additional 100 RON was justified. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but the communication and preparation on arrival also form part of the service provided to guests. I would have expected understanding rather than being criticised after the issues we experienced. Unfortunately, this manager has given Romania a bad name - very uneducated and very poor skills in customer service.
